2006年考研英语命题方向

杜子华：各位网友大家好，希望今天能和你们一块儿谈一谈在考研英语最后阶段怎么样来复习。首先，自信和目标明确这是很重要的。再一点就是紧紧把握住最新的命题的思路和答题的技巧，这也非常的重要。希望今天和网友的聊天能够使你们对考研英语的考试有一个新的看法，产生一些新的复习方法。谢谢。

黎勇：各位网友，下午好！今天很高兴能有机会和大家一块儿探讨如何准备2006年考研英语的复习和准备。我会着重和大家探讨一下考研的翻译部分。

主持人：我先替网友问大家比较关心的一个问题，就是如何把握2006年考研英语的命题方向？这个问题请杜老师给网友解析一下。

杜子华：首先，这个问题问得比较宽泛一些，也是每个考生非常关心的问题。中国考研的英语试题应该来说出得越来越符合如何提高一个学生上了研究生后或者毕业后与国外交流当中使用英语当中必须掌握的技能。最新的命题的方向主要侧重点是从一些语法点的考察，现在逐渐到了使用语言点的考察，比如说文章的写作很重要，很多中国学生尽管掌握了语法，但是无法在整篇文章来理解文章，表述他们的思想，所以考题最新的方法，比如新增加的三个可能的题型，也是考察学生对文章篇章理解的水平。因此来说，最新的考察方向就是写作非常的重要。在真正考试的过程当中，一定要掌握文章篇章的发展思想的模式，也就是说，西方人用英语在写作方面到底如何表达思想的，在读文章的时候，怎样就能有的放矢更好的把握作者的思想、细节和态度。

现在考试很重要一点就是中国学生到了国外，甚至在国内一些从事科技工作的人，他们在写文章的时候，表达思想的方式、思路和用英语表达思想的思路是不相同的。因此，最新的命题方式，最主要的侧重点是从以前考试语言点到现在考察一个学生能不能从篇章的范围内总体的把握语言的能力。

网友：请问杜老师，在写作文的时候，对于一个题目一般应该从哪几个角度来考虑？给一点建议，谢谢。

杜子华：写作文过程当中，最主要的是要找出来你想表达的观点。英语的作文，没有很多的寒喧的东西，没有很多铺垫的东西，没有很多渲染的东西，没有很多闲情逸致，而它们一般是直截了当的就开始表达观点和思想。因此，在写一篇文章的时候，你首先要想我想表达什么观点。

比如我们看一看2004年一篇作文，The pictures decribes a track field with trees where a man is rushing to the finishing line in a race, dripping with swear all over the forehead. The words below the picture say, “The terminal point is also the new startingpoint”. It is true that any finish of one thing leads to a new start. The man finishingone race will soon find himnself at the starting point of another race. The same is true for learning. No learning is final in the sense that people can always learn more of the same thing or there is always something new to learn. Work is no exception. People keep perfecting the same work or taking on new work as a way of life. Life in general is a journey without any real finishing line. New discovery and surprise in life are expected;that’s why our society and the world we live in are in constant progress. There are many examples to illustrate my point of view. Michael Jordan, a famous baskerball player, plays one game after another. In the process of playing all the basketball games, he was constantly improving himself. A new game was always a new start. Another example can be a language learner: anyone learning English, once finishing mastering one word moves onto a new word; once finishing one lesson moves onto a new one; once finishing reading one book moves onto a new book. Even when he pretty much masters English, he moves onto another language or something new. Therefore, in life, nothing is final. For any particular thing, for example, the learning of English or playing baskeball, ther is always room for improvement. People in life keep moving on from the finish of one thing to the beginning of another. What we can learn fron this picture is that we should always keep pursuing the same thing and in the meantimne searching for excellence. 一个人在跑步跑到终点的时候，在冲线的时候，一边写的终点，一边写的起点，就像这篇作文，你想写什么东西呢？考生可以看一下写作的思路。根据这篇作文的要求，第一段就得描述一下这是一个什么样的场景，在一个运动场上，一个人正在到达终点，到达终点之后，终点写着“是终点也是起点”，你就开始说，第二段要讲的就是的确是人生当中所有的终点也是起点。这个情况，你可以举什么例子呢？你可以讲学习，当你开始学习的时候，无论是物理、数学或任何一门学科，你总是有学不完的东西。假如你学完一门学科——物理，你还想学另外一个学科，世界上的学习是无穷尽的。因此，就学习来说，终点总是一个起点。另外一点，一个人的工作也是这样的，完成一项工作就有另外一项工作，所以说，这是从第二段来说，你从人生学习、工作来阐述的观点。
