裴钢--中科院上海生命科学院生物化学与细胞生物学研究所研究员

    裴钢研究员,中科院上海生命科学院生物化学与细胞生物学研究所研究员,中国科学院院士,中科院上海生命科学院院长。 1981年毕业于沈阳药科大学获学士学位、1984年获硕士学位。1985年在比利时Ghent国立大学UNIDO/WHO学习班进修药物学。 1986年在瑞典卡罗林斯卡研究所临床药理系进行访问研究。1991年获美国北卡大学生物化学和生物物理学博士学位,其后在美国杜克大学进行博士后研究。 1995年中科院上海细胞所在世界范围内公开招聘学术带头人,裴钢博士应聘担任中国科学院/德国Max Planck学会青年科学家小组组长和中国科学院上海细胞生物学研究所研究员,成立了细胞信号转导研究组,开展对G蛋白偶联受体信号转导的调控以及与其它信号转导体系间相互作用(cross-talk)的研究。近年来,其研究组对阿片类药物毒品成瘾的分子、细胞及神经机制进行了广泛系统地研究,取得了显著的成绩。

    其现在的主要研究方向:
    1、G蛋白偶联受体信号转导的反馈调控
    2、细胞信号转导通路间的相互作用
    3、阿片类药物耐受成瘾的分子、细胞和神经机制
    4、中药作用的机理探讨  

    裴钢研究员领导的研究组近年来在国际学术刊物上发表学术论文70多篇,已被SCI收录的专业杂志引用数百次。该研究组和合作单位共同完成的蛋白激酶在阿片类物质介导神经信号的转导和赖受依赖中的作用》获2002年国家自然科学二等奖,“阿片类药物耐受和成瘾的分子机制研究”获2001年(首届)中华医学科技奖一等奖, “阿片受体磷酸化及其对受体信号转导的调控机制” 获2001年上海市科技进步一等奖;“孤啡肽受体及阿片受体的信号传导机理研究”获1998年度中华人民共和国教育部科学技术进步奖一等奖。与刘新垣院士的合作项目“白细胞介素2镇痛机制”获1997年上海市科技进步三等奖。  

    裴钢研究员于1996年获国家杰出青年科学基金,1997年获(香港)求是科技基金会“杰出青年学者奖”,1998年获得国务院颁发的政府特殊津贴,1999年获“何梁何利”生命科学奖并当选中国科学院院士,2001年当选上海市政协委员,2002年当选第三世界科学院院士。  

    其研究组几年来为国家培养了许多品学兼优、基本功扎实、勇于攀登世界高峰的年轻科学人材。数名博士后研究人员分别获得“中国优秀博士后”、等荣誉;研究生中亦有多人获得中科院院长奖学金优秀奖及各种冠名奖。其本人被评为中国科学院“优秀研究生导师”。 裴钢研究员现任中国细胞生物学会副理事长和国际麻醉品研究会议(INRC)执委会委员,并担任国际学术杂志“Life Science”,“Journal of Receptors and Signal Transduction”和国内多种学术刊物编委。
