我们会分不清浓缩核，比如分裂后期、分裂末期的核。有时候会误认为是凋亡，所以有必要分清楚。一般认为最大的区别是分裂后期的核是浓染的，但是通常都是成对的或对称的。
我用hoechst，AO/EB染色均能明显显示这个特征，。下面是一些细胞周期的片子吧，hoechst染色中也能看到。
