【摘要】　重点介绍模式生物基因组特别是哺乳类动物小鼠基因组计划的研究进展情况,以阐明其基因组的结构、功能以及生物进化关系间的普遍规律,从而揭示生命的本质及生物间的相互联系。同时明确实验动物科学在比较基因组学研究中的地位和作用,为研究高等生物特别是人类的生、老、病、死提供生物模式。

【Abstract】　Aim of this paper is to illustrate the rules of construction and function of genome as well as evolutional relation between organisms , and to open out the essence of life through introducing progress for genome of organism especially mouse of mammal. Status and responsibility of laboratory animal science are introduced , providing the model of cycle of high creature life es-pecially human beings.
