基因治疗中的非病毒载体

摘 要 基因运送是基因治疗中非常关键的技术。作为运送工具，非病毒载体由于能避免病毒载体的安全性问题受到广泛关注。介绍了一些目前主要研究的非病毒载体体系，包括改性的天然高分子和合成高分子。此外还介绍了非病毒载体应用所面临的挑战，通过比较希望能找出一些更好的应用于基因治疗的载体系统。

Non-viral Gene Vectors in Gene Therapy

Abstract Gene delivery is very important in gene therapy. The non-viral vectors have been paid more and more attention because they are more safe than virus as carriers. This review focus on the non-viral vectors developed recently, including natural and synthetic polymer, and the challenges met in the way, in search of more suitable vector systems for gene therapy.
