When you import traces from one or more runs, or plates, into Sequence Scanner Software you can view all data in a Details or Thumbnails View. The Details view provides lists of pertinent trace information on multiple categories such as Data Collection and Basecall Software information to name a few. Sequence Scanner Software provides an instant toggle feature allowing you to quickly switch between the Details and the Thumbnails view. For a fast and easy data review you can select a trace attribute such as Average Signal Intensity and use it to sort the traces. Compare the signal intensities from one well to another using uniform Y scaling. Identify any low quality or failed traces, by simply sorting the data using trace quality metrics.
