张大鹏,男,1982年1月毕业于西北农业大学园艺系,获农学学士;1987年毕业于法国波尔多第二大学,获博士学位。1987年10月至1989年10月在北京农业大学生物学院从事植物生理生化博士后研究。1989年10月至今在中国农业大学从事教学与研究,任教授,博士生导师。兼任ELSEVIER出版社国际学术期刊《Scientia Horticulturae》的编委,国际葡萄与葡萄酒政府间组织(OIV)专家组成员,中国国务院学位委员会学科评议组成员,中国园艺学会葡萄与葡萄酒分会常务副会长。主要研究方向是:果实发育,脱落酸作用机理。所从事的研究先后得到国家自然科学基金面上项目、重点项目和国家“973”重大基础研究项目的支持。研究证明了苹果果实内筛管/伴胞复合体的共质体隔离,筛管/伴胞复合体质膜上存在介导质外体卸出的细胞和分子机制。证明果实酸性转化酶受到己糖在翻译后的抑制性调节,这种调节与蛋白质磷酸化有关。证明ABA能够特异地激活果实中的酸性转化酶、韧皮部ATP酶、蔗糖合酶以及己糖载体,其激活机制涉及到翻译后修饰和基因表达;特别在果实中发现了一种ABA激活的CDPK,该CDPK可以使糖代谢有关的下游酶磷酸化。发现并鉴定了果实中的ABA结合蛋白,从蚕豆叶片中纯化出具有受体性质的ABA结合蛋白,正在进行基因分子水平上的功能鉴定。这些结果大部分已经发表于《Plant Physiology》、《Plant, Cell and Environment》等重要学术刊物上,受到了国际上的关注。
